2. NATURE OF PARK ME'S SERVICES
PARK ME provides a technology platform enabling:
Drivers to:
- search for parking
- view available Parking Spaces
- compare pricing
- view parking information
- reserve Parking Spaces
- make electronic payments where applicable
- receive location and navigation information
- manage current and historical Bookings
- communicate with Hosts where enabled
Hosts can:
- create Parking Listings
- identify Parking Spaces on a map
- establish availability
- set pricing
- offer Spaces free of charge
- receive and manage Bookings
- provide parking instructions
- receive payouts
- manage parking inventory
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific Parking Space, PARK ME does not itself provide parking services.
PARK ME ordinarily acts as a technology marketplace connecting Drivers and Hosts.
The contract governing physical use of a Parking Space is between the Driver and the relevant Host, subject to these Terms and any booking-specific conditions.
PARK ME may facilitate that transaction but is not ordinarily a party to the Host's ownership or possession of the property.
3. NO TENANCY, LEASE OR PROPERTY INTEREST
A Booking grants the Driver only a limited, temporary and revocable contractual permission to park the registered Vehicle in the designated Parking Space during the Booking Period.
A Booking does not create:
- a tenancy
- leasehold interest
- easement
- licence coupled with an interest
- exclusive possession
- ownership interest
- property right
- right of residence
- right of occupation
- any continuing right over the property
The Driver shall not claim any tenancy, possession, easement or other property right as a result of any Booking.
The Driver must vacate the Parking Space immediately at the end of the Booking Period.
4. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to create an account or make a Booking.
Drivers must hold any licence, registration, permit or authorization legally required to operate the relevant Vehicle.
Hosts must possess legal authority to make the Parking Space available.
Where you use PARK ME on behalf of a business, organization, apartment association, company, partnership, property manager, parking operator or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

You shall not:
- create accounts using false identities

Verification by PARK ME does not constitute a guarantee that a Host or Parking Space is legally compliant or risk-free.
PARK ME may periodically require re-verification.
7. HOST AUTHORITY OVER PARKING SPACE
By listing a Parking Space, the Host represents and warrants that:
- the Host owns, controls or is validly authorized to manage the Parking Space

- operation of the Parking Space does not violate any applicable law or regulatory requirement
- all information supplied to PARK ME is accurate

- necessary approvals and permissions have been obtained
Where the Host is a tenant, property manager, employee, security contractor, facility manager, apartment resident or other non-owner, the Host is solely responsible for obtaining required authorization.
8. HOST RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOCAL LAWS
Hosts are responsible for determining whether local rules permit the Parking Space to be commercially or non-commercially shared.
This may include compliance with:
- municipal regulations
- development authority regulations
- fire-safety requirements
- building rules
- apartment association rules
- RWA rules
- traffic regulations
- commercial-use restrictions

PARK ME does not provide legal confirmation that a particular location may lawfully be used as a paid Parking Space.

12. FREE PARKING LISTINGS
Hosts may choose to list Parking Spaces free of charge where permitted by PARK ME.

13. PAID PARKING LISTINGS
Hosts may specify rates, including:
- hourly rates
- daily rates
- flat rates
- event rates
- overnight rates
- monthly rates
- other pricing models supported by PARK ME
Applicable pricing shall be displayed before the Driver confirms a Booking.
PARK ME may display applicable taxes, fees, service charges and discounts separately.
India's E-Commerce Rules require price and mandatory-charge transparency at the pre-purchase stage and prohibit unjustified price manipulation.
14. DYNAMIC OR VARIABLE PRICING
PARK ME may support Host-controlled or algorithmically suggested pricing.
Prices may vary based on factors such as:
- location
- demand
- event activity
- day of week
- duration

The final price payable must be displayed before Booking confirmation.

- complies with applicable motor vehicle laws
- carries required insurance
- is roadworthy
- does not leak hazardous substances
- is not unlawfully modified
- is not stolen
- is legally entitled to be operated
19. BOOKINGS

PARK ME may temporarily hold inventory while payment is processed.
A Booking may include:
- Parking Space
- start time

- Vehicle
- pricing
- taxes
- Platform Fees

If a Vehicle remains beyond the Booking Period, PARK ME or the Host may:
- charge additional parking fees
- require immediate removal
- notify the Driver
- restrict future bookings
- recover reasonable costs caused by the overstay
- take lawful enforcement action
Any additional charge must be reasonable and disclosed where practicable.
27. VEHICLE REMOVAL AND ENFORCEMENT
PARK ME does not authorize unlawful towing, immobilization, clamping, seizure or detention of vehicles.
Any action taken by a Host concerning an overstaying, unauthorized or abandoned vehicle must comply with applicable law.
Hosts remain solely responsible for the legality of any enforcement measure they undertake independently.
28. ABANDONED VEHICLES
A Vehicle may be treated as potentially abandoned where it remains beyond the Booking Period for an unreasonable period and the Driver cannot be contacted.
PARK ME may assist Hosts in attempting to contact the Driver.
Any subsequent removal or reporting must be handled in accordance with applicable law.
29. DRIVER RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY
PARK ME does not provide secure storage.
Drivers should remove valuables from their Vehicles.
Unless liability cannot lawfully be excluded, PARK ME is not responsible for:
- theft from a Vehicle
- loss of personal property
- vandalism

- accidental damage
- damage caused by third parties
- damage caused by other vehicles
- natural events
- criminal acts
30. PARKING DOES NOT CONSTITUTE BAILMENT
Except where a particular Parking Space expressly provides a valet or custody service, the arrangement is intended to provide physical parking space only.
Neither PARK ME nor the Host takes custody, possession or control of the Vehicle merely because the Vehicle is parked at the location.
Drivers retain possession and responsibility for the Vehicle.
31. KEYS
Drivers should retain their keys unless a Listing expressly provides an authorized key-handover or valet service.
PARK ME does not ordinarily receive or hold Vehicle keys.
32. HOST ACCESS TO VEHICLES
Hosts shall not enter, move or operate a Driver's Vehicle unless:

Supported methods may include:
- UPI
- credit cards
- debit cards
- net banking
- wallets
- other supported payment instruments
Payment options may vary.
PARK ME may not directly store complete card credentials.
RBI restrictions generally prevent entities in the card transaction chain, other than permitted issuers/networks, from storing actual card-on-file data, subject to the applicable regulatory framework.
34. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By submitting payment, the Driver authorizes the applicable Payment Service Provider to process the amount displayed at checkout.
A Booking may not be completed if payment authorization fails.
35. PAYMENT FAILURES
Payments may fail due to:
- insufficient funds
- bank restrictions
- UPI failure
- gateway timeout
- card authentication failure
- network failure
- fraud checks

A payment deduction from a Driver's account does not necessarily mean a Booking has been confirmed.

PARK ME may charge fees including:
- service fees
- convenience fees

42. INVOICES
PARK ME may issue:
- Platform Fee invoices

The policy may vary depending on:
- Parking Space
- duration
- booking type
- event

Any applicable cancellation charge shall be displayed as required.
Indian e-commerce rules prohibit imposing cancellation charges on consumers where equivalent charges are not borne by the e-commerce entity if the entity itself unilaterally cancels the transaction for the relevant reason.
44. HOST CANCELLATIONS
Hosts should not cancel confirmed Bookings except where reasonably necessary.
Where a Host cancels, PARK ME may:

PARK ME may:
- attempt to contact the Host
